Albion Residential completes high-rise apartment project in Illinois, US
November 26, 2019 – US-based real estate firm Albion Residential has announced the completion of Albion Oak Park, a high-rise rental development in Illinois.
Located at 1000 Lake Street in Oak Park, Illinois, the 19-storey apartment building comprises 265 units ranging from studios to three-bedroom apartments along with a dedicated concierge.
It will also feature 7,000ft² of retail space on the ground floor along with facilities that include a 20,000ft² of usable outdoor space as well as a rooftop lounge and terrace, outdoor chef’s kitchen and resort-style pool with private cabanas.
Additionally, luxury high-rise apartment development will include a wellness centre, podcast studio, pet spa and indoor dog run.
Albion Residential development vice president Andrew Yule said: “Albion Oak Park was designed to deliver an environment that combines the best of what the city and the suburbs have to offer in a unique, yet vibrant community.

Furthermore, the residents will have access to a Club Room, which is equipped with a kitchen, shuffleboard, video games and six televisions.
The development also features a Frank Lloyd Wright lounge, which provides space for reading, studying or working from home, along with a 7,000ft² hotel-style lobby, which is open to the general public and 204 parking spaces.
The project was developed in partnership with Wilton Investment Management and funded by CIBC and Associated Bank.
CIBC and Associated Bank have provided funds for the project and developed in partnership with Wilton Investment Management while Clark Construction served as the general contractor.
The luxury high-rise apartment is managed by Michigan-based real estate services provider Village Green Holding.
