CB&I wins $460M contract for Russia refinery expansion project
Mar 24, 2017 – Chicago Bridge & Iron Company (CB&I) has won a $460M contract for the Afipsky Oil Refinery Expansion Project in Krasnodar [pictured], Russia.
The contract has been awarded by NefteGazIndustriya, through the project developer China National Chemical Engineering.
Under the contract, CB&I will provide detailed engineering, procurement, construction management and commissioning services of multiple process units.
The order will also include the provision of services for a 2.5M t per annum hydrocracker unit licensed by Chevron Lummus Global, a joint venture between CB&I and Chevron.
