Additionally, apartment owners can avail of a 21-day free stay per annum.
“With the unique investment and lifestyle opportunity offered by The Beachfront – we’ve come across a large amount of interest from the expatriate market and the success of this event goes to show how far-reaching the Dusit International brand name is and the immense equity it carries,” commented Indola Group Director Paul Dwyer.
“The ‘Investment Apartment’ business model is nothing new to most Australians, thus it was obvious to our attendees that The Beachfront is both a fitting financial and lifestyle investment opportunity given the returns, capital gains, as well as the 21-day free stay. It was a great event met with a lot of support and we’re thankful for the global support,” concluded Indola Group Director Ajit Wijesinghe.
