Hang Lung opens Conrad Shenyang hotel at Forum 66 in China
September 05, 2019 – Hong Kong-based real estate company Hang Lung Properties has announced the opening of Conrad Shenyang hotel at its Forum 66, a commercial development comprising a shopping mall and Grade A office towers, in China.
Over the seven years of operations, Forum 66 has carved a niche for itself in the city’s luxury commercial and business landscape.
The 315-room five-star Conrad Shenyang hotel is located on the top 19 floors of the Forum 66 Office Tower, the tallest building in Shenyang, offering 360-degree panoramic views of the city’s skyline.
Located at city centre with direct access to metro, the hotel has been designed with a high level of guest services, modern amenities and innovative dining options.
The hotel includes Sky Lobby check-in facilities with sweeping views of the city below; large guest rooms and suites with uninterrupted views and tailored services; and conference and banqueting venues that can accommodate up to 1,520 guests.

The Conrad Shenyang hotel also features a 1,000m² ballroom with five projector screens and five 14,500-lumen LCD screens for 500 guests; six restaurants and bars; and a wellness facility that includes spa treatment rooms, a children’s playroom, and a multi-function room.
