Millennium Housing Developers launches second high-rise project
Aug 22, 2016 – Leading mega township developer, Millennium Housing Developers Plc (MHD) launched its second high-rise project – The Heights at Nawala Road, Colombo 05, which is to be completed by 2017.
The Heights at Nawala Road Colombo 05 builds on the success of MHD’s extremely successful inaugural high-rise project—The Heights at Edmonton Road, Colombo 05— was sold out immediately after the launch. A total of Rs.1.2 billion will be invested in both these projects.
A total of 10 apartments including one penthouse were sold off at the end of the launch ceremony of the The Heights at Nawala Road, Colombo 05 which was held last week. While MHD is a well-known for township development, the entry of Nawaloka Group as majority shareholder and lead contractor is widely seen as a contributory factor in boosting market confidence and demand for MHD high-rise developments.
It comprises 14 storeys, housing 64 intelligently designed units, which maximise space utilization to deliver superior living spaces of style, elegance and attractive value.
Six layouts and several exclusive interior designs add individuality and character to the apartments, which include four unique penthouses — each of them enjoying a panoramic view of Colombo city and outskirts. Chairman of Millennium Housing Developers Harshith Dharmadasa said that for investors as much as for residents, the Heights at Nawala Road, Colombo 05 offers a marvelous opportunity. “It is priced very generously for a Colombo 05 property; so value appreciation should very likely happen in the short term. On the other hand, it is located bordering Nawala – Colombo’s most prestigious suburb and probably the most sought after residential location,” he added.
Rooftop entertainment area complete with swimming pool, plush seating and walk path, gym and sit out areas make the Heights at Nawala Road Colombo 05 attractive even without the added convenience of location in close proximity to Colombo’s most prestigious private hospitals and schools.
A home library promises hours of tranquil mental enrichment to residents. While bedrooms and living areas of each apartment are air conditioned for ultimate comfort, other fittings, accessories, features and facilities have not lacked attention.
Parking slot for each unit and extra parking for visitors, 24 hour controlled security and standby generators, rain water harvesting system, solar panels for power generation, coin operated automatic laundry service, drivers units within parking area make for luxurious living without sacrificing practicality.
