Wood Partners breaks ground on luxury residential community in Texas
July 05, 2019 – US-based real estate development company Wood Partners has broken ground on new luxury residential community, known as Alta West Alabama, in Houston, Texas.
The project will be centrally located between the River Oaks and Greenway/Upper Kirby neighbourhoods and adjacent to the bustling Uptown area.
Upon completion, Alta West Alabama will have a total of 304 units in a mix of one-, two- and three-bedroom floor plans. Open-concept units will feature refined finishes offering residents with a rejuvenating retreat.
The premier housing units, with high-end finishes including stainless steel appliances, gas cooktops, quartz countertops, tile backsplashes and full-size washer and dryer, are said to offer A-class living experience.
Alta West Alabama will also feature several community amenities to maximise both indoor and outdoor living. The amenities include large pool and courtyard area will feature an outdoor kitchen space for grilling and socialising.
Furthermore, an onsite clubroom, business centre and conference space will give residents several spaces to work or to host events. The gaming lounge and a sky lounge will feature pool tables.

The new residential building is expected to open in the third quarter of next year. It will join a list of 16 properties being managed by the company in the state and three in Houston, with four more, including the Alta West Alabama in development.
In June 2019, the company opened Alta Baytown, a luxury residential community in Baytown, Texas. The residential community is located at 1600 Santavy Street, in close proximity to the Garth Road thoroughfare feeding the Baytown submarket and offers direct access to the greater Houston metro area.
