Al Mulla Automobiles begins construction on customer service facility in Kuwait
May 04, 2021 – Al Mulla Group’s member Al Mulla Automobiles has commenced construction on its new Mercedes-Benz 2S customer service facility in Kuwait.
To be built in the Shuwaikh Industrial zone, the project is being delivered in two phases.
Slated to be completed by October this year, the first phase of the project will see the construction of a service lobby and several delivery bays, both covering more than 8,000m2 of area.
The new Mercedes-Benz 2S customer service facility will also include service reception comprising private and semi-private consultation areas along with a Mercedes-Benz Boutique for customers and a barista area.
Through this expansion, Al Mulla Automobiles is strengthening its commitment by providing additional products and services to customers at more convenient locations.
Al Mulla Group stated that the new customer services facility will offer advanced digital interface customer service experience for its clients.
